No. It’s just a sticker pack.
Why are these stickers not available in the E.U.?
To sell anything in the E.U., it seems I would have to declare myself a “trader”, which would then require I publicly list my personal telephone number and home address in the App Store. I could in theory set up a P.O. Box and separate number for this, but that really isn’t worth it for a 99 cent sticker pack. I may reevaluate in the future.
Then does a sticker pack really need an F.A.Q.?
The value of this F.A.Q. is debatable at best, but I needed a place to link to from the App Store.

Nope. That’s not something that is possible with stickers and I wouldn’t be interested in doing so even if it was.
